Before your consultation

To make the first conversation efficient, please prepare:

  • Your ID (foreign nationals: passport)
  • Contracts, agreements, transfer records and chat records related to the matter
  • Any legal documents you have received (summons, detention notice, statement of claim, etc.)
  • A brief timeline and the main points in dispute
  • What you want to achieve (e.g. bail, case withdrawal, refund of bride price, release of a frozen account)

Suitable for online consultation

  • Frozen bank accounts (with the freeze notice and statements)
  • Crypto compliance (with the transaction path and amounts)
  • USDT off-ramp assessments
  • Dual nationality, renunciation and restoration of nationality
  • Bride price, divorce and domestic-violence assessments
  • Streamer contract breaches and commercial contract disputes

Requires meeting in person

  • Criminal cases (detention-center visits, family communication)
  • Complex cross-border family mediation
  • Estate planning involving substantial assets
  • Complex civil and commercial cases needing on-site evidence verification
Please note:

I strictly observe professional discipline and confidentiality and do not contact the opposing party before an engagement is signed. I will never promise a “100% win” or a “100% unfreeze”; every case turns on its facts and the law.

FAQ

Common questions before getting in touch

Can foreign nationals and overseas Chinese hire you?
Yes. Cases involving foreign legal systems or dual identity are my strongest area. Please contact me on WeChat (wang223040) and briefly state your country, the type of case and how urgent it is.
A family member was suddenly taken away by police in China. What should I do?
Send a WeChat message describing what happened; I’ll reply and triage as soon as I see it. The best window to meet the family and communicate with the case-handling authority is the first 24–72 hours — the earlier a lawyer gets involved, the more options remain.
Can we communicate in English?
Yes. I am fluent in English and Mandarin and handle English-language matters and cross-border communication directly. For complex foreign matters I can work with a network of overseas Chinese lawyers.
How do clients outside Shenzhen engage you?
Civil, administrative and family matters can be engaged online with remote court appearances; criminal cases require in-person visits. Engagement contracts and powers of attorney can be signed electronically, with originals sent by post.
